This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you (either an individual or a church organization) and Apostello ("we," "us," or "our") for the use of the Apostello mission trip management and fundraising platform ("Service").
By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the Service.
Subject to your compliance with this Agreement, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for your church's mission trip management and fundraising activities.

While we strive for 99.9% uptime, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service. We may perform maintenance, updates, or emergency fixes that temporarily limit availability.
We reserve the right to modify the Service or this Agreement at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email with 30 days' notice. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, violation of this Agreement, or infringement of any third-party rights.
Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. You waive the right to participate in class actions.
